We are located in the professional plaza east of Sam's Club behind Jason’s Deli plaza (light gray buildings with metal roofs). We are the large stand-alone building located closest to the flag pole and parking is best located in the front of this building. You may park anywhere within the plaza. Handicapped spots are available. Please call 239-513-9800 if you get lost on your way to your initial appointment as some maps programs provide inaccurate directions.
